How To Give A Teribal Jocklock Wegie

I do not know how many post I wrote titled "So (not) works the Italian justice", so this time I give you the incredible story without numbering in the title.
The following takes place in a village in the province of Brescia called Ome and is located in Franciacorta. However here a married couple with two young children, it separates. The man did not want to adapt to the situation and beyond to bring the (ex) wife in persecution of any kind (threatening phone calls, SMS, surveillance, scene in any public way, insults and so on) is angry with the his only daughter 6 nni. In fact, he learns that the creature has been entrusted by the social services, aunt (sister of the child's mother), it was to find and convince the sister to let him in making them see the pastarelle that led to the child. Soon we find that the father gave us desserts for mercury poisoning (out of spite towards his wife) the daughter, who obviously feels bad and a hospital blood tests showing the presence of metal in circulation. The man (aged 31) was arrested for attempted murder, in fact, immediately after giving her child the sweets send a note to his wife telling her to put us in mercury and that's why she rushed to the hospital and - confirmation - Says her husband.
But in the opinion of judge Cesare Bonamartini the "amount of mercury is not sufficient to support the charge", which means changing the classification the offense
"serious injury" and to set free the man, despite the various other allegations of stalking presented not only by his wife, but also by other relatives.
The inconsolable husband what does it do? lies in wait, armed with a crossbow, in the backyard of her father and sees him leave as soon as the arrow that pierces the man in the neck. The victim is still in hospital while the inconsolable husband is in jail.
The question is, will we?
And what will be said the robed Brescia Cesare Bonamartini who had to complain because a Milan newspaper criticized him for having released the poisoner of his daughter?
